Prim, Katniss's sister, and their mom, seem to love living in the Victor's Village. They get unlimited food and are not poor anymore. Katniss on the other hand does not like it so much because of the new life she has. She misses having the responsibility of hunting to be able to feed her family, and how her life was before the Games. Although she still gets to keep her old house, she can't live in it. She still keeps some personal things in her old house and goes hunting but not as much since the Peacekeepers keep the fence electrified 24/7. It seems almost like a threat being in her new house because of the visit of President Snow, like the Capitol is watching her every move.
